Hello Dario and thanks for taking part in this interview! Let’s start easy: how old are you and where do you live?
Hello, right now I am 27 years old (but in a week I’ll be 28) and I live in Bologna .
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time I like to play videogames and watch movies. I also start a new hobby every few months and recently I started learning 3D animation.
Do you like reading? If so, what genre of books do you like?
I love reading and finding new and different books at second hand markets, so I read a lot of different genres but I’ll say the ones I find most engaging are sci-fi and crime.
What’s your favorite thing to do on the weekends?
Well if there is nice weather I like to go on hikes or go for a bike ride, I find it really relaxing but also stimulating since I like to explore and snoop around. If there is bad weather, I like to visit museums or historic buildings.
What’s the best book you’ve read recently?
The best book I read recently is “The Man who owned the World” by Charles E. Maine. It tells the story of an astronaut who dies during a failed mission in space but is brought back to life 8000 years later on Mars. Unfortunately is a short book and many interesting ideas and facets of the story aren’t explored in all of their complexity
Since you entered as a staff member, what have you been doing, what are your main duties?
I am involved in lead generation, reaching new potential customers and collecting their contact information. My main duties are preparing, follow and analyse social media ads campaigns, realise landing pages for said ads, organise the mailing lists and manage the newsletters
Which ones do you enjoy more and why?
I enjoy realising the landing pages and the newsletters. I like that I get to use my creativity especially in order to solve a problem or achieve a specific goal. I also like to analyse the data and try to understand which factors influence the outcome of campaigns and how to get better results.
Which ones do you find most challenging?
Dealing with the advertising platforms like Meta or Google is the most challenging part since you can’t always predict what will work and if the platform is going to give you problems even when you did everything correctly.
What motivates you the most about your job?
My motivation comes from being able to learn something new every week. Even if after a while some things become routine there is always an opportunity, or a necessity, to change them or try something completely new, I am always challenged in my work.
What are your hopes for the future at Uniser?
My hopes for the future at Uniser are to continue learning and growing. I aspire to contribute in reaching more and more people and help this company grow. I hope to be part of exciting projects that drive innovation and positive change in our industry.
