New job opening! – Mobility Coordination Intern

UNISER, a social enterprise based in Bologna, Italy and with operational headquarters in Poland and Spain,  is offering an internship position to join the mobility coordinators team, starting from May 2024.

ABOUT UNISER 

Uniser is a social enterprise which supports the internationalisation of education institutions. Our aim is to turn Erasmus into the future of training systems and to make learning mobility a part of educational programs by facilitating its processes. Today more than 350 schools in Europe cooperate with Uniser for the design and management of their learning mobility projects, involving about 3.000 learners and teachers every year in work-based learning experiences, internships, study visits, job shadowing and training courses.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

You will be fully integrated in the team, focusing on Polish mobility projects and performing on the mobility administration function. You will assist the team working on the preparation of the mobility documentation, insurance and travel management. You  will be also involved in the organisation of the mobilities of European VET students, assisting mobility coordinators daily job, consisting in organising the flows and coordinating the work with all the actors involved: sending organisations, hosting partners and participants.

ABOUT YOU 

We are looking for a precise and reliable person. Also, we expect that you have:

  • Fluency in Polish (C1)
  • Fluency in English (B2 or more)
  • Knowledge of Italian would be a plus
  • Good organisational skills
  • Independency and positive attitude toward challenges
  • Ability to deal with people from different backgrounds and cultures
  • Previous experience in similar tasks would be a plus 

WORKING CONDITIONS 

Paid internship (EUR 800,00/month).

Weekly workload: 32 hours/week

Workplace: Remote work after a first period of training in person in Bologna
